Water Connections: If you exhibit requires water, you must be close to a column -- see floor plan link above for column location.
NO End Caps allowed: : When reserving (2) 10x10’s Booths side by side, the 1st number for each booth should be the same. Example: 701 & 800 is an End Cap/Not Allowed -- Instead Reserve 701 & 703.

Booth doesn’t include booth furnishings, electrical, or internet. Exhibitors are required to carpet their booths.
Exhibitor Tool Kit: Details on additional costs for booth furnishings will be provided on the event expo website February 2018.
After completing the registration process, your company name will appear on the list of exhibitors. Show management will review the selection, approve the application, and confirm booth payment. You will be contacted if there are any discrepancies with your booth selection.
